Six standard conditions
Every real-world environment, from ordinary storage through to severe conditions, so changes in the formula can be analysed.
- 01 Real storage and retail conditions at room temperature (25°C)
- 02 Degradation rate under accelerated conditions to estimate shelf life (40°C)
- 03 Phase separation and crystallisation of the texture at low temperature (4°C)
- 04 Resistance to sudden hot/cold swings (cycling)
